Correspondences with apartment owners and residentsOverseeing the daily activities in the buildingSupervising and managing the building staff (cleaners, receptionists, technicians, securities etc.)Organizing and planning the works to be done with external contractors.Preparing weekly duty roster for the building staff and monitoring their attendanceSupervising the technical and other works done in the apartmentsReporting all staff, resident, apartment and building related issues to the managementPlanning and scheduling weekly, monthly, yearly activity plan for the building Don't Keep Share!
