Duty Managers & Team Members
GTB Holding Limited T/A Pizza Hut is looking for Duty Managers and Team Members to join the busy Pizza Hut Stores.
For the Duty Manager role, some of the daily tasks would be:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the store in the allocated shift
- Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify shortages
- Ensure stock rotation and handling of food items
- Prepare food items with the store staff
- Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
- Maintain product and services quality as per the set standards including product delivery standards
- Coordinating the effective, professional day-to-day running of the services
- Training, evaluating staff, and resolving staff grievances
- Consistently looking at ways to improve the quality of our service
- Take feedback from the customers
