The Job:

The successful duty / assistant manager will have a primary focus on the daily operation (conference and events, private dining ) You will also get involved with the members club fantastic, fine dining restaurant and bars and lounge areas. Deputising in the manager’s absence, you will gain exposure to all areas of the property, lead the team and play a key role in ensuring the guests consistently receive the high level of service that this property has built its reputation on.

The Person:

The ideal candidate for this duty/ assistant managers role will currently be working in a front of house / reception or Food and Beverage managers role and be looking for the next step on the career ladder.
