To be successful in this role you will have:

• Natural leadership and highly organised qualities
• Strong interest and passion for the health & fitness industry
• Adequate financial skills
• Previous experience in food and beverage would be an advantage
• Operational experience
• Current qualifications in First Aid and Resuscitation, RSA, Pool Lifeguard

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to take pool chemical tests and monitor auto chemical controllers
• Ensuring efficient operations across the Club
• Managing the opening and closing of the Club
