3、处理技术图纸，以及备货的记录和库存。
4、故障查找，操作，修理并且保养,确保区域内所有设备的清洁和正常工作。。
5、在保证安全运行和营业格调的前提下，力图节省能耗，注重环境保护的新概念。
6、督导重要维修及增改工程施工，控制质量与进度。
7、协助外施工单位在本酒店的施工，保证工程质量。

1、同岗位工作经验。
2、必须掌握机电工程设备的基础知识。
3、能充分领会工上级的经营意识，能组织和指挥本岗位工作计划的实施，确保工程部的正常运转。
4、有强烈的事业心与责任心和配合精神。
5、身体健康，精力充沛。
