- Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Duck Creek Clarity and all reporting-related discussions.
- Lead workshops with business, finance, and technical stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Translate business and financial requirements into detailed reporting specifications and technical designs.
- Validate Duck Creek Reporting (DCR) mappings, financial data flows, and reporting formats.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of insurance lifecycle processes including Policy, Billing, and Claims.
