Bnan Real Estate is expanding its Dubai sales team and is looking for experienced and motivated Real Estate Agents to join us. Based in Dubai, you will represent properties from the UAE’s leading developers while serving a diverse local and international client base.

This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential. No basic salary will be provided.

Arabic speakers are preferred. Open to both male and female candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into property sales
• Present off-plan and secondary market properties from Dubai’s leading developers
• Conduct client meetings, developer presentations, and property viewings
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to reservation and closing
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and referral networks
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
