Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a highly driven and experienced Expansion & Business Development Manager to lead our restaurant expansion and development across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Dubai F&B market strong industry connections and a proven track record in launching new branches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate potential locations using market insights and data

- Liaise with mall managements real estate developers and property consultants

- Oversee all phases of branch development: scouting negotiations design pre-opening and handover

- Prepare feasibility studies with financial projections and ROI analysis

- Analyze site performance based on competitor benchmarks and demographics
