Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Back Office Medical Assistant (MA) to join our Women’s Health team in Downtown Los Angeles. This role supports providers in delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment focused on women’s health services.
The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and experienced in assisting with sensitive exams and procedures while maintaining patient comfort and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities

+ Room patients and obtain vital signs (BP, weight, temperature, etc.)

+ Prepare patients for exams and procedures, including OB/GYN visits

+ Assist providers with women’s health procedures such as:
