This is a remote position. We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Website Performance & CRO Manager to own conversion performance across our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) client portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for improving website conversion rates, optimizing user experience, maintaining website performance standards, and driving measurable revenue growth for Shopify-based brands. You will proactively identify opportunities, develop optimization strategies, execute experiments, and translate data into actionable business decisions. This is not a task-execution role.
