DTC Ecommerce Lead (Full‑Time / Exclusive & Permanent)

Location: Toronto, Canada (in office preferred; not a hybrid role). Can be remote in North/South America if not in Ontario.

$65k - $75k annual compensation (base + quarterly bonus)

MUST HAVES

• 3+ years of direct ecommerce leadership in a single role and no job‑hoppers
• Well‑articulated achievement of ecommerce KPI’s (numbers, not explanations)
