Coordinate and communicate with operational parties in implementing the CEE program
Make a schedule of CEE program activity plans and the company's annual work plan
Conduct a needs assessment for the CEE program using the Sustainable Livelihood Assessment (SLA) approach and/or other equivalent methodologies as needed
Collect and compile program databases and village databases for the purposes of compiling and reporting the CEE program
Become a facilitator in group mentoring
Prepare routine reports on the achievements of the CEE program every month which are submitted to the head of CEE and unit heads (manager and RC)
Assist operational for the preparation of reports needed for internal and external purposes
Monitor and evaluate the CEE program on a semi-annual and annual basis
