Program and Project Management: Develop process technology strategy for assigned products in Process R&D, coordinate project activities, prioritize customer demands, resolve yield and defect issues, collaborate with Manufacturing Development Engineering, align with R&D Management, Process Integration, and High‑Volume Manufacturing Sites, provide technical direction to production and R&D alignment, drive operational efficiency improvements with equipment development and suppliers, and maintain vendor relationships.
Performance Management: Partner with direct reports to set short‑ and long‑term goals, provide ongoing feedback and career development, conduct goal‑based performance evaluations, mentor team members on technical and soft skills (presentation, risk management, decision making, vendor interaction), recognize outstanding performance, recruit external and internal candidates, and resolve conflicts.
