Position Overview

Job Description
As a Driver Trainer, you will be responsible for the delivery of driving education and training, in relation to individual portfolios of training and safe schemes of work, within classroom settings and in the operational environment in accordance with Stobart policies and procedures.
To deliver DVSA recognised training in accordance with JAUPT compliance guidelines and to the expected Stobart quality standard.
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 17:00
Salary: £38,148.38
Key Duties of a Driver Trainer:
Travel across multiple sites to deliver training as and when required.
Flexibility around start and finish times in line with business needs.
Contribute to improvements within the team and training programs.
Undertake relevant training qualifications and personal development.
To maintain high standards of professionalism.
