- Issue Escalation: Collaborate with internal teams to elevate and resolve Driver-Partner concerns promptly.
- Reward Campaigns: Design and implement initiatives to recognize and reward Driver-Partners for their contributions.
- Educational Engagement: Deliver sessions focused on safety and quality to strengthen Driver-Partner knowledge.
