Position Overview
Responsibilities:
- Feedback Collection: Collect and analyze input from Driver-Partners to identify their needs and enhance their overall experience.
- Code of Conduct Monitoring: Monitor and report any violations to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
- Issue Escalation: Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve Driver-Partner concerns promptly.
- Reward Campaigns: Design and implement initiatives to recognize and reward Driver-Partners for their contributions.
- Educational Engagement: Deliver sessions focused on safety and quality to strengthen Driver-Partner knowledge.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing engagement events, including packing, distributing items, and ensuring a positive experience for participants..
