Position Overview
Challenges - Maintain and ensure vehicles are clean and in good working condition
- Ensure preventive maintenance and servicing is carried out periodically
- Report faults and defects promptly
- Co‑ordinate transport requests including handling of patient transfers to other hospital/institution.
- Offer immediate assistance to patients/visitors, e.g. directions, wheelchairs etc
- Report to Maintenance and Housekeeping departments on any service gaps
- Assist Supervisor in projects and service improvement activities
- Assist Supervisor in manpower planning and roster for transport and other duties
Requirements - Possess a Singapore Class 3 and Class 4 driving licence
- Possess Defensive Driving Qualification
- First Aid Trained/BCLS certified candidates are preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff
