Be responsible to support daily operations in warehouse by ensuring adequate manpower to perform warehouse duties;

• Work with warehouse manager or management appointed staff on daily operation requirement and ensure items are well prepared before logistic arrangement;
• To ensure all inventory transactions are completed within the timelines and maintain stock accuracy;
• Plan and coordinate with Ops team to ensure timely delivery;
• Receive and check items and goods upon arrival in accordance to Company SOP
• Load stock order on trays/pallets into Van/ Truck
• Monthly stock balance checking and monitoring
• To report any issues pertaining to safety, quality or hygiene to superior immediately upon discovery
• Suggest improvements to eliminate hazards, feedback on inadequacy of operational control, risk assessment and safe work procedure
