Position Overview
The Challenges - Maintain and ensure vehicles are clean and in good working condition
- Ensure preventive maintenance and servicing is carried out periodically
- Report faults and defects promptly
- Co-ordinate transport requests including handling of patient transfers to other hospital/institution.
- Offer immediate assistance to patients/visitors, e.g. directions, wheelchairs etc
- Report to Maintenance and Housekeeping departments on any service gaps
- Participate in any exercises and drills involving ambulance
- Participate in ad hoc deployment exercises (e.g. FMT, VVIP visits, etc)
- Assist Supervisor in projects and service improvement activities
- Assist Supervisor in manpower planning and roster for transport and other duties
The Requirements - Possess a Singapore Class 3 and Class 4 driving licence
