The Driver Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified drivers to meet the company’s operational needs. This role ensures all driver applicants meet company standards, legal requirements, and safety compliance. The specialist will work closely with Operations, Fleet, and HR teams to ensure a smooth hiring process and maintain a strong pipeline of applicants.

• Source, attract, and recruit qualified drivers through various channels (online job portals, social media, referrals, field recruitment, etc.).
• Conduct initial screening, interviews, and document verification (licenses, IDs, permits, clearances).
• Ensure compliance with government requirements such as LTO, LTFRB, TIN, NBI, police clearance, and medical exams.
