In our fast-paced environment, you will provide Bison with a high volume of safe and experienced Drivers and Owner‑Operators while balancing Driver Engagement and Driver Recruitment responsibilities. You will sell the Bison Driver program to potential candidates, pre‑screen and validate Driver qualifications, and provide a first‑class onboarding experience.
