Job Description
SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for picking up and delivering product to and from all schools within the district in a safe and neat manner ensuring that product is maintained properly. Also responsible for the receiving and storage of all products that are used in the Nutrition program.
ESSENTIAL DRIVER FUNCTIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Maintain a clean and valid driver’s license. Drive the vehicle into position for loading and unloading. Loading and unloading product in a safe and neat manner to make sure goods are correctly stowed. Communicate with office. Deliver and unload goods at required site. Obtain a receipt for goods delivered. Vehicle check must be done daily. Vehicle report must be completed weekly. Hand in all gas receipts/cards upon getting gas. Must maintain an odometer log daily....
