About the Role

Driver position to join our Guest Services Department in Jumeirah Mallorca .

The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Provide safe, comfortable, and punctual transportation for hotel guests and employees, ensuring a professional and luxury experience at all times.
• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with transportation to and from the airport, hotel facilities, or requested destinations around Mallorca.
• Maintain the hotel vehicles in excellent condition, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards are consistently met.
• Offer personalized, discreet, and courteous service while sharing useful local information and recommendations when appropriate.
• Coordinate efficiently with Reception, Concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals, departures, and transportation schedules.
