Position Overview
Duties - Report site progress & highlight issues at site
- Site survey & measurements
- To manage and control the work progress according to the planned schedule
- To manage and supervise workers / sub-contractors / suppliers and monitor project site activities
- Ferry workers to site
- Load and unload materials to project site
- Keep vehicles neat, clean and maintained
- To ensure site safety and compliance to authorities’ requirements.
Requirements - At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in Construction Industry
- Experience in Waterproofing, Roofing or Concrete Repair works preferred
- Building Construction Supervision Safety (BCSS) and Work-at-height for Supervisors cert preferred
- Possess Class 3 driving license.
- Able to work overtime
- Right attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.
