Description
s:
Send and collect documents (urgent and important) to and from Wisma Sime Darby, branches, banks, post office and other places. Bank in company’s cheques, TT and other transactions related to the banks daily. Paying office utilities other bills as and when required. Distribute mails to the respective Department / Heads of staffs concerned efficiently. Arrange the stamping of agreements and purchase of stamps for postage of mails. Prepare vehicle for delivery and transfer to other branches. Upkeep of showroom’s vehicle. Ensure proper recording done on the vehicles coming in and out. Perform road test. Requirements:
