Position Overview
Job Description - Provide chauffeur services for senior management, guests, clients or staff
- Dispatch/collect documents to clients, lawyer office, government agencies & etc.
- Carry out banking transactions, collect lunch/snacks for clients or Senior Management’s meetings
- Assist with visa applications at embassy or authorized agents
- Deliver festival gifts to clients
- Assist with the loading and unloading
- Top up petrol and cash card, and submit the claims with supporting receipts for reimbursement
- Keep the company vehicles clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance
- Co-ordinate, plan and prioritize the duties assigned in logical, systematical and prompt manner
- Ensure that the keys to vehicle are hand over to the relevant person after and off duty and check out the keys while on duty
- Report any incident or fines promptly
