Position Summary:

Provide transportation for clients to program services, medical appointments, meetings, recreational activities. Relocation of the mobile services units (campers) to community outreach and maintenance. Provides support to program services, responsible for vehicle maintenance and related paperwork.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide transportation for clients to attend outpatient scheduling as scheduled. It includes appointments of doctors, recreational activities, to attend recovery support meetings, etc. • Provide movement of community outreach rolling units (Campers) when necessary. • Participates with the clinical team in community outreach and ensures the correct operation of the mobile service units, if applicable. • Prepare the weekly transportation schedule and work plans with the Program Coordinator...
