Driver – Hospital Sterile Services Unit (HSSU)

37.5 hours per week

Our Hospital Sterile Services Unit (HSSU) transports sterile and disinfected surgical equipment to our local hospital network. If you have a full driving license with a C1 entitlement that allows you to drive rigid vehicles up to 7.5 tons Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) and hold a digital tachograph card, you could enjoy the benefits of joining the UK’s largest Healthcare Charity.

A full Driver Qualification card (CPC – Certificate of Professional Competence) is advantageous but full training is available.

As a Driver on our Bristol HSSU team, you’re comfortable with manual handling and happy to move transport trolleys weighing upwards of 250kg.
