Objective of Job:

We are looking for a Drive System Concept Engineer to lead the definition of future electric drive system concepts for our next-generation vehicle platforms.

The role focuses on translating market trends, supplier innovations, customer requirements, and internal Mercedes-Benz engineering standards into competitive, scalable, and cost-efficient drive system concepts.

The engineer will work as the interface between eDrive components, E/E architecture, vehicle integration, testing, and internal/external partners. A key part of the role is to evaluate supplier technologies, benchmark market solutions, and prepare technical input for strategic concept decisions.
