Job Description

One of our top clients within the mining sector are seeking highly experienced, qualified, and skilled Drill and Blast Engineer based in Limpopo.

To be considered for this role, you will meet the following minimum requirements:

•B.Tech or BSc or B.Eng in Mining Engineering.

•Blasting Certificate or National Certificate Rock breaking Underground Hard Rock Level 3.

•Certificate Mine Overseers Certificate of Competence.

•Computer Literacy and Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate).

•Valid Drivers’ License

Knowledge and Experience:

• A minimum of 7 years’ underground mining experience of which two years should be in the position of Mine Overseer or equivalent.

•Competent in relevant planning, scheduling and ring design software.
