We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Drainage Foreperson to join our team at HEB Construction to lead our crew on various projects around Central Otago (based in Queenstown). As a Foreperson, you will assist the Supervisor in ensuring that all crew members are safely, effectively and efficiently completing their work in line with client specification.

You must be a strong leader with excellent critical thinking skills, as you will be a key point of contact for the crew and will report back to the Supervisor on all operational activities. A focus on health and safety is imperative to this role, as you must assist in driving a strong safety culture in all day-to-day operations.

Foreperson responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
