This role is pivotal in supporting the design and planning phases of various real estate projects, ensuring accurate and high-quality technical drawings and documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of architectural and engineering principles, proficiency in CAD software, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Create detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and plans based on project requirements. The ability to draw manually favorable, but not essential.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project goals and specifications.
