Haddad Plumbing and Heating Inc. is seeking an experienced Drafting Manager to join our design and project coordination team.

The Drafting Manager will work closely with the President and Project Managers to oversee the preparation of clear, accurate, and constructible shop drawings that support field installation teams on active projects.

This role is responsible for managing and mentoring the drafting team, coordinating weekly drawing review meetings, updating shop drawings, issuing RFIs as needed, and ensuring all drawings meet company standards, building codes, and project requirements.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically proficient, and experienced in leading drafting operations within a mechanical construction environment.
