We are seeking a Designer / Drafter to join a technically driven drilling organization within the mining and drilling industry. This role is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining drawings with detailed welding specifications, developing 3D models, and producing accurate engineering documentation to support drilling rig maintenance, upgrades, and project‑based initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams to translate design intent into practical, buildable solutions, while also providing ongoing operations (OPS) support to rig builders and field teams. This position requires regular collaboration across office, shop, and field environments, with day‑to‑day work varying based on operational and project needs.
