Position Overview
The Retail Clerk (Primary position), who is responsible for assisting customers in the retail operations is called upon to fill the position of Retail Shift Manager (Secondary position) when needed. The Retail Shift Manager is responsible for the retail store operations and coat check on an assigned shift. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Display merchandise neatly and in proper order.2. Mark prices on merchandise.3. Accurately operate cash register and balance bank at the end of shift.4. Maintain a current understanding of all policy and guidelines regarding information security including the Seneca Gaming Corporation Acceptable Use Policy.
