The brand provides community care to people living in their own homes in Lowestoft and surrounding area. As our Home Care Manager, you will oversee and coordinate home care services for individuals who require assistance with activities of daily living but prefer to remain in their own homes.

£45,000 per annum – Lowestoft, Suffolk

Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality care
• Manage care plans
• Supervise home care staff
• Coordinate services and advocate for the best interests of clients
• Promote independence, quality of life and optimal health outcomes for clients receiving care at home
