Domiciliary Care Assistant

Location: Woodbridge, Suffolk, UK, IP12 1.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Support Worker to provide high‑quality, person‑centred care for a young male client with complex needs, specifically Duchenne muscular dystrophy.

Responsibilities

• Provide manual handling and personal care for the client.
• Assist with daily living activities as required.
• Ensure the client's health, safety and well‑being during all care activities.

Shift Pattern

• Monday–Friday
  • 09:00–10:30
  • 16:00–17:30
  • 20:00–21:00
• Saturday & Sunday
  • 16:30–18:00
  • 20:00–21:00
