Key Responsibilities

Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) across residential properties

Undertake reactive and planned electrical maintenance

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently

Collaborate with other trades, administration teams, and management

Deliver excellent customer service while representing the organisation

Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota

Essential Requirements

Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services

18th Edition Wiring Regulations

City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing)
