We are seeking an experienced Domestic Couple on behalf of one of our clients to oversee the full management and maintenance of a high-end private residence of approximately 2,000 sqm, located in Madrid .

This position is suited to a reliable, autonomous, and well‑organised couple capable of maintaining high standards and ensuring the smooth running of the property year‑round.

Responsibilities

• General upkeep and interior maintenance of the residence (housekeeping, organisation, presentation).
• Monitoring of installations and basic maintenance.
• Supervision of the gardener and external contractors.
• Gradual takeover of tasks currently outsourced.
• Management of household supplies and general logistics.
• Anticipation of the residence’s needs and preparation ahead of the owners’ stays.
• Discreet and efficient presence during occupancy.
