Well established Short Term Insurance Brokerage / Financial Institution situated in DURBAN has a vacancy for a DOMESTIC CLAIMS HANDLER to join their Personal Lines Division.

The successful Applicant would need to have experience in all aspects of Domestic Claims.

Description of Role:

To provide clients with an efficient and effective claims service and support in respect of their claims.

Key Responsibilities:

- The registration and maintenance of all motor and non-motor claims on existing policies;

- Handling all claims until finality and within Admin mandates;

- Ongoing communication with Brokers and Client Liaison teams telephonically and via e-mail, in respect of the status of their claims;

- Limited client liaison and assistance with queries; and

- Recoveries and Third Party approaches.

Qualification/s & Experience:

− Full qualification at NQF Level 4.

− Class of Business Training (if applicable).
