As the Dogman/Rigger you'll be providing static crane support, assisting with lifting operations including elevating tools, bins, and construction materials, while also getting involved in general labouring duties on site. This is a hands‑on role requiring someone who is fit, proactive, and willing to pitch in wherever needed to keep the project moving.

What you’ll be doing:

• Slinging and directing loads for a static crane
• Supporting lifts of tools, bins, and general construction materials
• Communicating clearly with crane operators using standard signals
• Assisting with general labouring tasks around the site as required
• Working as part of a team to keep workflow efficient
• Maintaining safe work practices at all times

• Proven experience as a Dogman/Rigger
