Position Overview
**Description:** Prepare and coordinate military documents for personnel, generate and prepare common Army human resources forms, to include but not limited to evaluation, awards, request for personnel action, life insurance and entitlements beneficiary, and leave forms
Advise customer leadership of Strength Management, projections, coordination and Personnel Accountability; conduct routine Personnel Information System Maintenance and data entry
Perform strategic reviews and analysis of all HR functions and provide recommended improvements to systems; ensure proactive measures are followed to facilitate efficient and effective human resource operations
Forecast future personnel manning and human resource requirements, then develop recommended courses of action to address the customerβs concerns associated with these projections
