As a Documentation Specialist in Securities Documentation, you will support the execution of securities and certificate of deposit offerings by identifying precedents, drafting documentation, and capturing accurate trade and product details. You will partner with Legal, Tax, Middle Office, Sales and Trading, Operations, and outside counsel to meet stakeholder needs under tight deadlines.
