As a Documentation Clerk, you will work under the Operations Manager, managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and completing essential clerical tasks. Your focus will include maintaining records, supporting invoicing, and assisting with vendor contracts. Additionally, you will ensure the safety of residents at the facility and adhere to department policies concerning quality and safety procedures.
