Responsibilities:
Review and validate claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable policies, contracts, and legal standardsAnalyze complex and legacy claims, including historical files that may be incomplete, technical, or difficult to interpretConduct detailed document review in both French and English, ensuring consistency and accuracy across bilingual materialsPerform discovery-related tasks, including document review, issue spotting, and organization of materials for legal proceedingsExecute privilege review to identify and appropriately categorize protected or confidential documents. 2+ years of claims, investigations, employment experienceExcellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departmentsStrong attention to detail (document-heavy review work)...
