We are seeking an experienced Document Controller (QAQC / Painting) to manage, control, and maintain QA/QC documentation related to painting and coating works in Oil & Gas projects. The candidate must ensure proper documentation flow, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and control QA/QC documents related to painting works

• Manage ITPs, method statements, inspection reports, and test records

• Ensure proper document numbering, filing, and tracking

• Coordinate with QA/QC engineers and site teams for document updates

• Submit documents to client and maintain approval records

• Track revisions and ensure latest versions are in circulation

• Maintain project document registers and logs

• Ensure compliance with company and client documentation standards
