Single point of contact for all the documentation of drawings, security of dataβs, drawings & documents (faxes & letters etc) for all the ship repair projects.
Β Preparation and forwarding of faxes/letters of refit progresses (area of concerns, inspection reports, legal documents etc) to Customers (Naval headquarters, owner reps etc) as per Naval, customer protocols & Contract copies.
Receipt of all faxes of ship repair department and percolating to all the stake holders for necessary actions, forward the action taken report to Naval headquarters & customers (Commercial & Defence).
Storage of all the soft copies of faxes/letters/ guarantee defects etc in proper folders.
Storage and retrieval of documents (hard copies) as & when required.
Uploading scope of work (DL, Growth of works), control and monitoring of ship repair module and generating work completion certificate (WDC).
