**WORK SCHEDULE**

+ Full-Time / 40 Hours Per Week

+ Tuesday-Saturday 8:30-5:00 pm in the office

+ Day Shift

**POSITION HIGHLIGHTS**

+ In accordance with the policies of the University of Washington Medical Center's Rehabilitation Therapy Department, the DME Coordinator plays a vital role within the team. This individual collaborates with therapists, providers, nursing staff, and social workers to procure and coordinate the appropriate equipment and adaptive devices for patients
+ The DME Coordinator is responsible for the management of coordination of **durable medical equipment (DME)**
+ This includes coordinating the ordering of equipment, supervising its receipt, ensuring routine safety and maintenance checks, and managing equipment storage
