DLP Operations Leadership
- Lead day‐to‐day DLP monitoring, investigation, incident response, and escalation activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for DLP operations.
- Drive operational maturity by defining and tracking SLAs, KPIs, and response timelines.
- Assess risk and determine business impact of data leakage incidents.
- Lead, mentor, and review work of junior DLP analysts.
- Coordinate with SOC, IT, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams during DLP incidents.
- Handle business exceptions, risk acceptance decisions, and policy escalations.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with technical and non‐technical stakeholders.
- Strong spoken English with the ability to lead discussions and incident calls.
