This non-unionized position reports to the Property Manager and involves managing RGI calculations and tenant compliance for housing projects. You will work closely with Housing Services staff and provide updates to tenants regarding their rent calculations. Your role is critical in maintaining organized tenant files to ensure compliance with RGI guidelines and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage annual income reviews and tenant documentation
• Work with Housing Services to support reviews
• Notify tenants on calculation decisions in writing
• Maintain electronic and manual tenant filing systems
